**Job Summary**:
The Sales Executive in FMCG is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. This role involves driving sales in the assigned territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and ensuring the effective execution of marketing strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Achieve sales targets by promoting the company’s products and acquiring new customers in the assigned region or territory.
- Identify and target potential customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close deals and secure long-term business relationships.
- **Market Penetration & Expansion**:
- Increase market share by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
- Conduct regular visits to current and potential customers to ensure product availability and explore new sales avenues.
- Ensure products are prominently displayed and well-stocked at retail locations.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, offering product solutions, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints, delivery issues, or any product-related challenges.
- **Product Knowledge & Promotion**:
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to customers on new products or promotions.
- Ensure product promotions and marketing materials are effectively executed at the point of sale.
- **Reporting & Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM or other sales tools.
- Report on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager regularly.
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure stock availability and avoid shortages.
- **Market Intelligence**:
- Gather feedback from customers and competitors to provide insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive actions.
- Provide recommendations on pricing strategies, new product introductions, and promotional activities based on market knowledge.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector (1-3 years).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
