**Position**: Project Coordinator

**Employment Type**: Internship / Full-time (with stipend)
**Stipend**: ₹5,000 - ₹15,000 per month

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring IT projects.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain technical documentation, reports, and project trackers.
- Follow up with team members on task completion and deadlines.
- Support in organizing client meetings, preparing minutes, and sharing updates.
- Learn and work on project management tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar.

**Required Skills**:

- **Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written) - mandatory**.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **B.Tech / B.E. (IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering)** or **MCA/BCA**.
- Fresh pass-out (0-1 year).
- Certification in project management (Agile, Scrum, PMP, etc.) is a plus.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹9,933.02 - ₹15,520.29 per month
