- Experience in **L4 support**:

- Collaborate with Support Engineers, Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Software Developers to analyse, troubleshoot production environments globally
- Improve product quality by reporting new issues and by designing more reliable system with Engineering teams
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and practices
- Experience in Java with strong understanding of Dockers & Kubernetes
- Knowledge of build and deployment tools
- Fluent English communication skills
