We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our projects in Kerala.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Project Oversight**:

- Plan, organize, and supervise all on-site activities.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor progress and identify potential delays or issues.
- Implement corrective actions to address any challenges.

**Team Management**:

- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure clear communication within the team.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address concerns.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment.

**Quality Control**:

- Inspect work in progress to ensure compliance with agreed specifications.
- Identify and rectify any defects.
- Maintain accurate records of all construction activities.

**Material Management**:

- Order and manage the procurement of construction materials.
- Maintain inventory of materials on-site.
- Ensure the timely delivery and proper storage of materials.

**Client Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project progress.
- Address client concerns and resolve any issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement safety measures.
- Investigate and report any accidents or incidents.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction field.
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, methods, and materials.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
