**Project Planning & Coordination**
Develop structured work plans and oversee their execution through close coordination with workers, contractors, and the project team. Ensure tasks are carried out with discipline and on time. Provide weekly updates and a consolidated summary of workforce progress to HP.
- **Cost Estimation & Material Planning**:

- Conduct rate analyses based on the project budget and prepare a Material Requirement Plan (MRP) for HP’s review and approval.
- **Technical Review & Project Orientation**:

- **Site Recordkeeping**:

- **Progress Documentation**:

- **Weekly Status Updates**:

- **Material Management & Inventory Control**:

- **Time-Bound Execution**:

- **Client Interaction**:

- **Contractor Oversight & Subcontracting**:

- **Daily Labour Report**

**Qualification-**Btech/Diploma in Civil

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Civil engineering: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Btech / Diploma in civil engineering (required)

**Location**:

- Thrissur, Kerala (required)

Willingness to travel:
