**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage and create engaging content for our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials like brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Organize and attend marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports using tools like Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure brand consistency.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Exceptional Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi. You must be able to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- **Active & Proactive Attitude**: We are looking for a go-getter Someone who is results-oriented, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- **Strong Computer Knowledge**:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) is essential.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva is a huge plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Content Marketing).
- **Interpersonal Skills**: A confident and outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Internship 3-6 month more prefer in a similar marketing role is preferred, but freshers with exceptional skills and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
