**Job Opportunity: International Chat Process**

We are hiring for **20 positions** in an **International Chat Process** for a final joining batch on **15th January**.

**Position Details**:

- **Process**: AT&T Chat Process
- **Location**: Hinjewadi Phase 3 (Work from Office)
- **Shift**: Rotational Shifts
- **Minimum Qualification**: 12th Pass (Undergraduates can apply)
- **Job Type**: Full-time
- **Work Type**: Live Chat Support (30% inbound and 70% upselling)

**Experience and Salary Structure**:

- **6 months to 1.5 years**: ₹3.36 - ₹4 LPA
- **18+ months**: ₹4.8 LPA

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Good typing speed
- Upselling and customer handling experience
- Online chat assessment skills

**Other Details**:

- Minimum 6 months of international voice or chat experience is required.
- HR, Typing, and Operations will be part of the selection process.
