Videographer & Editor

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop video concepts and storylines that effectively communicate our brand message and objectives.
- Create detailed video production plans, including shot lists, storyboards, and scripts.
- Edit and assemble video footage, audio, graphics, and effects using professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Trim, rearrange, and enhance video content to create compelling narratives and storytelling.
- Add visual effects, motion graphics, and other post-production elements to enhance the overall quality and impact of the videos.
- Ensure seamless transitions, color grading, and proper audio synchronization in the final edited videos.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback, make revisions, and deliver the final edited videos.
- Optimize videos for search engine optimization (SEO) and maximize reach and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging video trends, techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve video content.
- Maintain and operate video equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio recording devices, and accessories.
- Stay informed about advancements in videography and editing technology to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and requirements.
- Communicate effectively to gather feedback, incorporate suggestions, and provide updates on project status.
- Present ideas, concepts, and final videos to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Video Creator and Editor or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video creation and editing.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, any other if)
- Solid understanding of video production principles, audio recording, and composition.
- Creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and animation is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
