Digital Marketing StudioGenix LLP is seeking a creative and trend-focused Reels Creator to produce engaging short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, content creation, and staying ahead of social media trends. The role involves creating reels not only for real estate but also for corporate clients and various other industries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create high-quality Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Shoot, edit, and publish videos showcasing real estate projects, property insights, corporate clients, and multiple industry-related content, including market trends and client testimonials.
• Capture content across different locations including office, project sites, events, and client premises.
• Develop innovative, trendy, and creative video ideas aligned with business and branding goals.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, transitions, effects, and music.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align content direction.
• Plan and execute live sessions, behind-the-scenes content, Q&A videos, and concept-based reels.
• Utilize AI tools for video enhancement, editing, captions, or creative effects.

Requirements :

• 1–2 years of experience creating Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts (portfolio preferred).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms.
• Proficiency in video editing apps like CapCut, InShot, VN, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.
• Knowledge of AI-powered video editing tools (Runway, Descript, Captions AI, Adobe AI features, etc.).
• Must have their own iPhone device for shooting and editing high-quality content.
• Confident on-camera presence with good communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and viral-worthy content ideas.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Self-driven, organized, and a good team collaborator.
• Bonus: Experience with basic motion graphics or animation.
