Associate - Video Editor/Motion Designer

We have started with our first step by launching an Investment & Trading platform – Dhan (www.dhan.co) in November 2021.As an Video Editor/Motion Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality video content that aligns with our brand objectives. In addition, you will utilize your intermediate editing skills to create visually appealing and engaging videos. While not mandatory, the ability to confidently appear on camera for acting purposes is a valuable bonus.Expected Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative concepts and video ideas that align with our brand image and objectives.Plan, organize, and manage the entire video production process, including pre-production, filming, and post-production.Serve as the primary videographer for studio shoots, capturing high-quality footage with proper lighting, audio, and composition.Utilize intermediate editing skills to edit and enhance videos, ensuring seamless transitions, appropriate effects, and high-quality output.Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve video content throughout the editing process.Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring it is in proper working order and resolving any technical issues that may arise.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in video production and editing to continuously improve the quality of our video content.Collaborate with team members to optimize video content for various platforms and formats, including social media, websites, and presentations.Assist in scriptwriting, storyboarding, and other pre-production tasks as needed.Expected Skills:Proven experience as an Associate - Video Editor/Motion Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of produced videos.Proficiency in operating video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio devices.Intermediate-level video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.Strong expertise in motion design, video production, and storytelling.Experience creating product videos, D2C marketing content, or social media reels.Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and other motion design tools.Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, and audio principles for video production.Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mumbai’s Western suburbs).Apply NowIf you believe in making great first impressions and enjoy being at the center of workplace energy, we’d love to hear from you. 📧 Send your resume to: hr@dhan.coWhy Join Raise?We’re a certified Great Place to Work, and it shows in everything we do - from how we collaborate to how we celebrate wins.
