**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives, audience demographics, and messaging requirements for each video project.
- Edit raw video footage to create polished, professional-quality videos that effectively communicate key messages and reinforce our brand identity.
- Cut, trim, and arrange footage to create compelling narratives, ensuring smooth transitions and visual coherence throughout the video.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, music, and sound effects to enhance storytelling and engagement, while maintaining brand consistency and adhering to established style guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure video projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Manage and organize video assets, archives, and project files to facilitate efficient workflow and collaboration across teams.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Solid understanding of video production principles, techniques, and best practices, including storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas and concepts into compelling visual narratives that resonate with our target audience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain consistency and quality standards across multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in film, media production, digital marketing, or related field is preferred.
