**Job Title**: Videographer & Editor

**Experience**: 2-3year

**Salary Range**: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 (Monthly)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Videography**:

- Operate professional video cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
- Plan and manage video shoots, including framing, lighting, and sound.
- Collaborate with team members and on-camera talent to bring creative concepts to life.
- Capture a variety of content including promotional videos, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, product shoots, and event coverage.
- Maintain and organize video equipment inventory.

**Video Editing**:

- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Enhance videos with effects, transitions, music, voiceovers, and motion graphics.
- Ensure consistency in brand style, tone, and messaging across all video content.
- Optimize videos for distribution across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and websites.
- Manage file storage, backups, and archiving of completed projects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as both a Videographer and Video Editor (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting setups, and composition techniques.
- Experience with color correction, sound mixing, and basic motion graphics.
- Creative storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Awareness of current trends in video content and social media platforms.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to travel for shoots if required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Film, Media Production, or a related field (optional, but a plus).
- Experience with photography and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Familiarity with live streaming and multi-camera setups is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
