**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for a creative and driven videographer and editor who can see a story where others may not and bring it to life with a fresh perspective. You’ll be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality videos that align with our brand and our clients' vision. This role is perfect for someone who can take ownership of the entire video production process—from brainstorming ideas, shooting, editing, and optimizing content for various digital platforms.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Collaborate closely with our creative team to understand project objectives and translate concepts into compelling visual content.
- Shoot and edit engaging videos across a range of formats (e.g., promotional videos, social media clips, event coverage, testimonials).
- Take responsibility for all aspects of video production, including pre-production (planning, storyboarding), production (camera setup, lighting, sound), and post-production (editing, color grading, sound design).
- Adapt and edit videos for various platforms, ensuring the final product is optimized for each channel (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
- Maintain an organized library of video assets and manage backups to ensure content is secure and easy to access.
- Stay updated on video production trends and editing techniques to ensure our content remains innovative and relevant.
- Work efficiently on multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

**Must-Haves**:

- Owns a high-quality camera and is comfortable handling production gear (lighting equipment, audio equipment, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software.
- Excellent sense of visual storytelling, composition, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong time management skills.

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Experience with motion graphics or animation.
- Basic knowledge of color correction and grading.
- An eye for photography and an understanding of how visuals can be integrated across different media formats.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
