**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, recommendations, and orders for sweets, namkeen, and restaurant items.
- Actively promote and upsell a variety of sweets, namkeen, and menu items from the restaurant.
- Encourage customers to try new or seasonal products.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of all sweets, namkeen, and restaurant offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary information.
- Accurately take and process customer orders, ensuring all details are correct, especially for bulk orders or special occasions.
- Keep track of stock levels for sweets, namkeen, and promotional items.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and store management to ensure availability of popular products.
- Ensure that all products displayed are fresh and of high quality.
- Regularly check for any issues with packaging or presentation.
- Gather customer feedback on products and services, and relay information to management to improve offerings.
- Maintain daily sales records, update management on sales performance, and identify trends in customer preferences.
- Assist in setting up and promoting in-store events, seasonal festivals, and special product launches.
- Work closely with the production, kitchen, and service teams to ensure smooth operations and a consistent customer experience.
