**Job Description -**

1) Ability to define SOPs to Schedule a Preventive maintenance of all electrical parts & machines in factory

2) Ability to control cost of electricity consumptions control & cost reduction

3) Ability to calculate OEE - Overall Equipment Effectiveness

4) Making & understanding of SOPs in Marathi on Electrical & machine maintenance

5) Ability to deeply understand daily electrical & machine hurdles & ability to make the calculation of:

- HP, Ampere, Current, torch, etc. of machines, tools, building, MSCB, etc.
- Electrical panels of CNCs, and other machines & electrical equipment
- Electrical motors load
- electrical wire capacity
- machine current capacity
- earthing & electrical wire connection of shopfloor machines
- electric power consumption

6) Ability to do in-process inspection to improve quality of production due to mechanical & electrical problems in machines, tools, equipment, etc.

7) Ability to assess machine problems & repair the mechanical or electrical panels to improve productivity

8) Ability to maintain urgent needed material to prevent time loss & production loss

9) Ability to develop vendors & suppliers from market & to solve issue promptly

10) Ability to attend daily morning meeting to report head Production Head

11) Ability to prevent burning of wires, motors, switches, relays, etc.

12) Ability to find & solve problems of motors, load factory, overheating, burning,
etc.

13) Ability to help all other departments of organization with electrical needs like
installation or repairing of PC, fans, wires connections, lightings, etc.

14) Ability to improve efficiency of Plant electrical usage with low cost

15) Ability to work under budget & cost.

16) Ability to work under SOPs, **no sub standard or jugard work**

Must carry positive attitude, pleasant mind set & must respect company culture, colleagues & facilities of company.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
