Profile introduction:

- As a Laser Technician, you'll be an integral part of our technical team, responsible for operating, maintaining, and optimizing laser systems to ensure peak performance and accuracy. This role requires a meticulous individual with a deep understanding of laser technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain laser systems, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
- Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineers and researchers to develop and implement new laser technologies.
- Perform calibration, alignment, and testing of laser systems to maintain precision.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations governing laser operation.
- Document maintenance procedures, technical specifications, and operational logs.
- Train and support junior technicians or team members on laser system usage and maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting various types of lasers (e.g., solid-state, fiber, CO2).
- Strong understanding of laser optics, electronics, and related control systems.
- Familiarity with CAD software and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance and optimization.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to adhering to safety standards and protocols in a laboratory or industrial setting.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi, Marathi

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
