**About the Role**:
We’re looking for energetic and result-driven Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team. You will play a key role in generating leads, interacting with potential customers, and driving conversions through effective communication.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Clearly explain product features and benefits
- Follow up on leads and close sales
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Coordinate with marketing and support teams
**Requirements**:
- 1-4 years of experience in inside sales or telesales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejections with a positive attitude
- Quick learner with a good understanding of products
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
- Immediate joiners preferred
