- **Location: Bangalore**:
- **Qualification: Any Graduate**:
- **Work Hours: 9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm (based on roster)**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Direct Customer Engagement**: Call customers/leads to understand conversion likelihood and reasons. Interact with customers via WhatsApp through the CRM platform.
- **Customer Relationship Building**: Engage with leads through calls, chats, and other channels. Provide information about our products, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products. Effectively communicate product value to potential customers.
- **Sales Pitch Customization**: Customize sales presentations to address unique customer needs.
- **Closing Deals**: Use persuasive skills to close sales deals. Overcome objections and secure customer commitment.
- **CRM Management**: Keep accurate records in the CRM system. Track leads, opportunities, and measure performance.
- **Achieving Targets**: Work towards sales targets and quotas, attractive incentives based on target achievement. Regularly report progress to sales team lead.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other teams for a seamless customer experience.
- **Continuous Learning and Adaptability**: Stay informed about industry trends and continuously improve skills. Adapt to changes in products, processes, or market conditions.
- **Feedback and Improvement**: Seek feedback from customers and sales leaders for improvement. Actively participate in training programs.
- **Documentation**:Prepare and maintain documentation related to sales activities.
- **Adaptability**: Adapt to changes in products, processes, or market conditions.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
