E-commerce Executive

We're looking for an E-Commerce Operations Specialist to oversee our online presence on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. Your role will involve managing end-to-end operations, including order processing, inventory management, maintaining account health, handling A-to-Z claims, managing returns, and executing sponsored ads campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Process and fulfill orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Manage inventory levels across multiple platforms to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
Monitor and maintain account health metrics to ensure compliance with platform standards.
Handle A-to-Z claims and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Manage returns and exchanges, including processing refunds and restocking returned items.
Plan and execute sponsored ads campaigns to increase visibility and drive sales.
Analyze sales and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Stay updated on platform policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance.
**Requirements**:
graduated from any stream.
minimum 1 to 2 year experience in e-commerce profile.
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools for order management and inventory control.
good communication and problem-solving skills
**PREFERENCE : FEMALE CANDIDATES FROM NEARBY JOB LOCATION.**
Location : Patparganj Industrial Area, East Delhi.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
