1. Handling Sales Team. Earlier experience in loans necessary.

2. Will have a team of SM / GLO / GL RM across the location.

3. Achieving loan targets by making the team productive in all aspects of business.

4. Conducting Training, mentoring the SM / GLO / GL RM across all the locations under his supervision

5. Responsibility includes maintaining good relationship and co-ordination with all team managers of the region to drive business and manage smooth functioning of loan operations.

6. Setting up, managing and arranging of valuers if need be for the location.

7. Working in co-ordination with the Branch and the team to generate loans. Training the branch and the teams and ensure that maximum business is generated.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Asilmetta, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
