**Job Type**: Full-time / Part-time / Contractual

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking skilled CNC/VMC/HMC Machine Operators to join our training institute as instructors. You will be responsible for training students in operating, programming, and maintaining machines. The role combines hands-on training with theoretical knowledge to prepare learners for industry-ready skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Training & Instruction**:

- Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions on CNC/VMC/HMC machine operations.
- Teach students to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM designs.
- Demonstrate safe handling, setup, and programming of machines (e.g., G-code, M-code).
- Guide learners in tool selection, workpiece alignment, and precision measurement.

**2. Machine Operation & Maintenance**:

- Operate CNC/VMC/HMC machines to create sample components for training purposes.
- Perform routine machine maintenance (lubrication, calibration, troubleshooting).
- Ensure machines are in optimal working condition for training sessions.

**3. Curriculum Development**:

- Assist in designing training modules aligned with industry standards.
- Update course content to include latest machining technologies and software.

**4. Assessment & Support**:

- Evaluate student performance through practical tests and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to trainees.
- Maintain records of training progress and machine usage.

**5. Safety & Compliance**:

- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols (PPE, machine guarding, emergency stops).
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and workshop regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- **Experience**:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with CNC/VMC/HMC machines.
- Prior teaching/training experience preferred.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Patience and ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
