Position Overview

We are looking for a Machine Operator with basic experience or training in CNC/VMC operations and a keen interest in quality inspection.

This position is ideal for candidates who wish to build a strong technical foundation and grow within a structured, process-driven manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Operate CNC, VMC, or conventional machines as per production schedules


• Support in-process and final inspection of components using measuring instruments


• Interpret engineering drawings and follow dimensional tolerances


• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards during production


• Maintain 5S discipline, machine cleanliness, and proper documentation


• Collaborate with the quality team for process improvements

Required Qualifications & Skills


• Education: ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent


• Experience: 0–2 years in machining, production, or quality inspection (freshers may apply)


• Knowledge of CNC/VMC operations and measuring tools (Vernier, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, etc.)


• Proficiency in the use of inspection tools


• Knowledge of GD&T and dimensional inspection methods


• Understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances


• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and teamwork attitude
