About the Role

We are looking for skilled and dedicated
VMC, CNC, HBM, and Milling Machine Operators
to join our growing manufacturing team. If you have hands-on experience operating precision machines and are committed to producing high-quality components, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate VMC, CNC, HBM, Milling machines as per job requirements
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and job instructions
  • Perform machining operations with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure component quality using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)
  • Set tools, offsets, and make minor program adjustments when required
  • Maintain machine safety, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance
  • Coordinate with production, QC, and programming teams for smooth workflow

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience on
    VMC / CNC Turning / HBM / Milling machines
  • Ability to handle jobs independently
  • Basic knowledge of CNC programming and offsets
  • Understanding of tools, cutting parameters, and machining practices
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Minimum 1–5 years
    of machining experience
