Qualification : B.Sc/M.Sc Microbiology, B.Sc/M.Sc Food Technology

Experience : 1 to 2 years in Sea Foods Quality Control
- **Monitoring** all quality related activities at the Production line.
- **On line inspections** of the products at Receiving, Processing, Freezing, Cutting, Glazing, Packing and at Storage as per the production shifts.
- **Inspection** of the Finished products to confirm the company's product specification compliance.
- **Routine Sample drawing** for microbiological analysis.
- **Quality Checks**:
1. In - plant Hygiene & Sanitation

2. In - Plant Chlorination (ppm)

3. In - Plant Personnel Hygiene

4. In - Plant/ Process Cold chain Temperatures

5. In - Plant Equipments - daily calibration (weighing scales, Metal detector etc)
- **Quality Evaluations**:

- 1. Physical, Chemical and Organoleptic Evaluation of Products.
- 2. In - plant Cleaning Standards (swab analysis)
- **Quality Analysis** : Chlorine Strength, Microbiological assistance.
- **Record Keeping** : Updated Records of Quality checks, Quality Evaluations & Quality analysis.
- **Monitoring at Dispatch** of Finished product for product temperature at loading/ unloading

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year
