We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online OET (Occupational English Test) Trainer to join our team. As an Online OET Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to individuals preparing for the OET exam, primarily through online platforms. Your expertise and guidance will play a vital role in helping our students achieve their desired OET scores and succeed in their healthcare careers.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct online training sessions for individuals preparing for the OET exam, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources.

Assess students' English language proficiency levels and create personalized learning objectives and study plans.

Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students on their language skills, focusing on areas that require improvement.

Monitor and evaluate students' progress through regular assessments, mock tests, and assignments, adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.

Keep up-to-date with the latest OET exam trends, changes, and resources to ensure the training materials and techniques are current and effective.

Collaborate with other trainers and staff members to enhance the overall learning experience and identify areas for improvement in the training program.

Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, performance, and progress, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

Stay abreast of developments in the field of English language teaching and healthcare industry to enhance professional knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. A higher degree or specialized certification in English language teaching is highly desirable.

Proven experience as an OET Trainer or a similar role, preferably with expertise in teaching English for healthcare professionals.

In-depth knowledge of the OET exam format, assessment criteria, and proficiency levels required for success.

Strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and professional communication skills.

Familiarity with online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and other digital resources for effective remote instruction.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds and establish rapport.

Patient, supportive, and encouraging teaching style, fostering a positive learning environment.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple students, assignments, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Flexibility in working hours to accommodate students from different time zones.

Continuous learner with a passion for professional development and staying updated with industry trends and teaching methodologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Freelance
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,003.57 per month
