We are hiring

Position: Quality Control Executive(Retail Grocery)

Location: Ernakulam

Quality Control Executive oversees customer's needs and requirements and coordinate employee efforts and communication between management and production teams.

Major responsibilities include are:
1)Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicate with production team in terms of quality standards

2)Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher quality goods

3)Devising,improving,

reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes and provide staff training to use them

4)Setting requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance

5)Ensuring legal obligations are followed,ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines

6)Oversee product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards

7)Inspect the final output,comparing it to the requirements and approve or reject the final products

8)Keeping accurate documentation,perform statistical analysis

9)Gaining feedback from clients,attending meetings,submitting reports,assist external auditors and inspectors

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
