**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, answer queries, and route calls as necessary.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and organizing paperwork.
- Coordinate with team members and assist with other tasks as required.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum High School Diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields will be a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in spoken English.
- Basic typing skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Courteous communication skills and professional appearance.
- Familiarity with office software (MS Office) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
