**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Compliance and Advisory**:

- Advise management on legal and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
- Ensure the company adheres to local, national, and international laws relevant to its operations.
- Draft and update policies to ensure compliance with legal frameworks.
- **Contract Management or Drafting**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Manage contracts with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring terms align with the company's interests.
- Provide guidance on risks associated with contractual obligations.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide training to employees on legal and compliance issues.
- Collaborate with external counsel for risk assessments when necessary.
- **Litigation and Dispute Resolution**:

- Manage and oversee any litigation or legal disputes involving the company.
- Liaise with external law firms when representing the company in court.
- Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively.
- **Team Leadership and Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal support tailored to business needs.
- Supervise and mentor junior legal team members or support staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory; a Master’s degree (LLM) is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in corporate law or legal advisory roles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
