**Requirements**:
Conduct thorough **legal research** using statutes, case law, regulations, and industry-specific materials to provide sound legal guidance on a variety of matters.

**Maintain and manage** all legal records, files, and folders, ensuring proper documentation and timely filing.

Intellectual Property Management:Manage and maintain the company's** trademarks**, including updating** filings daily, coordinating with agents**, and initiating new filings and Conduct research and provide support related to patents and other** intellectual property matters.**

Provide strategic advice on **legal disputes** and support in **litigation or arbitration proceedings**, including preparation and documentation.

Offer legal counsel on **internal company policies**, ensuring alignment with applicable laws and regulations.

Draft **legal opinions** and **risk assessment reports** to mitigate potential legal risks in business operations.

Review and draft various **contractual agreements**, **appointment letters**, and other legal documents in line with business requirements.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor’s Degree in **Law (LLB) or equivalent;** LLM preferred.

Minimum** 1-2 years** of experience in a corporate legal advisory role.

Strong knowledge of **corporate law, contract law, labor law, and compliance standards**.

Proven ability to conduct **complex legal research and present findings clearly.**

Excellent **drafting, negotiation, and communication skills**.

Familiarity with **document management systems**and **legal compliance platforms.**
