**About the Role**

We are seeking a Citrix Administrator to join our on prem operations team. The ideal

Citrix, general virtualization ,troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication skills.

This individual will have broad exposure to many pieces of the infrastructure and

technologies operated by Nielsens.

**Core Requirements**:

- Evaluating VMware performance and efficiency while implementing,

upgrading, and supporting virtual desktop workloads.
- Citrix general management.
- Preparation and validation of the migration workbooks before the

migration job is set up.
- Technical documentation on the diagnostics procedure and process

documentation on troubleshooting, and configuration.
- Developed a problem-solving procedure to manage advanced VMware

problems.
- Creating/Managing Virtual Machines, creating clones and

templates/images for deploying VMs, auditing them for perfection, and
- Application Presentation Management

**Secondary Requirements**:

- Active Directory
- Powershell
- Software defined networking (distributed switches or NSX)
- VMware Cert - VCTA-EUC
- Certification: Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization (CCA-V)
