**Urgent Hiring for ISO Internal Auditor**

**Location**: Pune (Work from Office)
**Experience Required**: Minimum 3 years in quality management systems and internal auditing

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced **ISO Internal Auditor** to ensure the company’s processes and systems comply with ISO standards. This role is pivotal in conducting audits, identifying process inefficiencies, and recommending improvements. You will guide cross-functional teams to enhance compliance, drive continuous improvement, and maintain the organization’s ISO certifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Audit and Compliance**:

- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure adherence to ISO standards and organizational policies.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and corrective action plans.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with departments to implement quality initiatives that enhance performance.
- **Employee Support**:

- Work alongside engineers to clarify ISO-related doubts and provide guidance on compliance.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure team members understand and adhere to quality standards.
- **Documentation and Certification Maintenance**:

- Maintain accurate records of audits and compliance activities.
- Ensure all processes align with ISO requirements to maintain certifications.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Drive initiatives to enhance the organization’s quality management systems.
- Monitor and report on the implementation of recommended changes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- Certification in ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) is highly desirable.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ISO internal audits and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools.
