**Quality Auditor**:

- Pune, Maharashtra | Full Time**Individual**
**Responsibilities-**
- Plan, execute and oversee incoming and outgoing calls and develop process improvements to improve the quality and effectiveness of calls when required.- Provide feedback to the leadership on agents' skills and work approach.- Participate in designing call monitoring formats. Perform call monitoring and provide trend data to the management team.- Compile and analyze statistical data.- Investigate customer complaints and service issues.- Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.- Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.- Conduct Calibration sessions in sync with the QA team- Present Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Assessments of the Teams performance.**Skills Required-**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to agents.-
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Meticulous attention to detail.**Experience**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of Sales/quality check for sales-driven organisations.
