ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Staying up to date on theory, technique, rules and regulations, and scope of practice.
Must be able to engage clients with exemplarily customer service and appropriately recommend products and services.
Participate in continued education programs and staff meetings.
Performing treatments, such as tattooing or micropigmentation, which involve creating permanent cosmetic designs using a variety of techniques
Evaluating a client’s current makeup style and facial structure to determine which style would look best with permanent makeup
Creating custom designs for clients based on their needs and desires
Educating clients about pre-care and aftercare procedures
Explaining the risks and benefits of the treatment, including possible complications and long term effects
Following infection control procedures to reduce the risk of cross contamination.
Cleaning and sterilizing equipment before and after each use
Following regulations regarding sterilization and disposal of supplies after treatment
Following safety guidelines established by health department or other regulatory bodies
Ensure your area and other areas within the salon is clean to align with our sanitation and brand standards.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Outgoing personality, work well with others and maintain a positive attitude
Ability to sell products and services to our clients based on their individual needs
