Sound Artist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Sound Artist to join our team in designing immersive
strong background in sound design, with a passion for creating audio experiences that captivate
young minds. This role involves designing sound effects, background music, and audio cues, as
well as editing and cutting voiceovers from videos to integrate them seamlessly into the game.
Key Responsibilities:

- Sound Design:

- Create and implement original sound effects, background music, and audio cues tailored to
the educational content and target age group.
- Collaborate closely with game designers, animators, and developers to ensure that the audio
complements the visual and interactive elements of the game.
- Develop audio scripts and storyboards in coordination with the creative team to align sound
with the narrative and gameplay objectives.
- Voiceover Editing:

- Edit and cut voiceovers from video recordings to ensure clear, engaging, and age-appropriate
audio content.
- Synchronize voiceovers with in-game animations and other multimedia elements.

- Audio Integration:

- Work with developers to implement and test audio within the game engine, ensuring that all
sound assets function correctly in the final product.
- Optimize sound files for performance and quality across different platforms, including mobile
devices.
- Quality Assurance:

- Review and test all audio assets in the game environment to ensure consistency, clarity, and
appropriateness for the target age group.
- Make revisions based on feedback from the creative team and playtest sessions.
- Documentation:

- Maintain detailed documentation of all audio assets, including file management, version
control, and implementation guidelines.
Qualifications:

- Experience:

- Proven experience in sound design, preferably in the context of educational games,
children's media, or similar projects.
- Proficiency in audio editing software such as Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, or similar.
- Experience with voiceover editing and audio synchronization.
- Skills:

- Strong understanding of audio production, including sound effects creation, mixing,
mastering, and implementation.
- Ability to create sounds that are engaging and appropriate for children aged 2-10.
- Knowledge of game development pipelines and experience working with game engines (e.g.,
Unity, Unreal Engine) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a
remote or in-house environment.
- Education:

- A degree or diploma in Sound Design, Audio Engineering, Music Production, or a related field
is preferred but not required.
- Portfolio:

- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant sound design work.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
