We are hiring AR CALLER for a Healthcare company located in Vadapalani, Chennai.
- Should expertise in RCM Division of AR Calling Team
- Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) on behalf of doctors/physicians/Hospitals and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
- Responsible for the productivity, quality and overall performance of the projects.
- Analyze patient accounts.
- To prioritize the pending claims for calling
- To check the appropriateness of the insurance information given by the patient if it is inadequate or unclear.
- Escalate difficult collection situations to management in a timely manner.

Work Experience
- 9months - 5 Yrs

Shift Timing
- 7 PM to 4 AM- Fixed night shift

Job Location - Vadapalani, Chennai(WFO)

Salary Slab
- Upto 40K per Month - Based on the experience.

Benefits Apart from salary - Travel allowance of 2K or two way cab, Attendance Bonus 1.5K per Month and Diwali and Pongal bonus for Confirmed employees.
