Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated AR Calling Team Lead to oversee and lead our Accounts Receivable calling team specializing in hospital billing.

Experience: 7+ years in hospital billing with 1+ years in a team lead role.

Location: Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage AR calling team focused on hospital billing.
  • Train and mentor team to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Resolve escalations and billing issues with hospitals and insurers.
  • Monitor performance and prepare reports.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of AR calling experience.
  • Must Have Hospital Billing experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of US hospital billing processes and insurance claims.
  • Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance.
