Ar Calling Associate

**Job description**
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims.
- Resolve billing issues and discrepancies effectively and efficiently.
- Update patient accounts and records with a high level of accuracy.
- Collaborate with the billing team to ensure timely receipt of payments.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
**Requirements**:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in AR Calling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
- Ability to manage high call volumes and work well under pressure.
- Basic understanding of medical billing terminology and procedures (preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Prior experience working with healthcare RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) processes.
- Familiarity with medical billing software and insurance portals.
