Job role/Job description - Accountability of on the database assigned for calling - daily target of about 140-160 calls. - Ensuring maximum lead generation out of the database and ensuring the correct process is followed for the transfer of leads. - Capturing the correct details and updating the CRM accurately. - Assist in calling for the fairs/events. - Timely submission of required reports. - Regularly updating their knowledge of our offerings. Requirement and Skills - Prior work experience of 1-3 years in a BPO/Call Centre environment would be a plus. - Good command over English (Spoken & Written). - Probing capabilities and quality work mindset. - Conviction & Confident. - Flexibility to work in shifts - Window of 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM (8.5 hours x 5.5 days with 2 Saturdays off in a month).
