**Primary Purpose**: The Math Facilitator will supervise activities in the classroom, working with children on an individual, small group or whole class basis.

**Reports to**: Principal

**Employee Status**: Full-time

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturday Holiday), PD, Workshops, Events, Outside Programs Saturdays or Sundays

**Timings**: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (Flexible at any given point of time)

**Experience-** 1+ yrs exp in IB/IGCSE curriculum

**Grades-** 1 to 8

**Preferably Female**

We are searching for a dedicated math facilitator with IB curriculum or equivalent curriculum experience to join our team. As a math facilitator, you will be required to deliver lessons that develop students' theoretical and applied mathematical skills. You will also be responsible for assigning homework, grading assignments and quizzes, and documenting students' progress.

**Math Facilitator Responsibilities**:

- Developing the curriculum as per NYA standards.
- Preparing and distributing learning material such as notes, assignments, and quizzes.
- Sourcing the resources and supplies needed for lessons.
- Ensuring that the classroom remains safe and conducive to learning.
- Grading assignments and quizzes in a timely manner.
- Documenting and reporting on students' progress.
- Attending meetings with parents and staff.

**Math Facilitator Requirements**:

- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in education with a specialization in mathematics.
- Experience in working with IB (PYP or MYP),American, or any international school Curriculum.
- A minimum of 3 year’s experience working with reputed institutions.
- A thorough understanding of best practices in teaching.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Progressive pedagogy
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, flexible and multitasking.
