**Job Summary**:
The **Mathematics Facilitator** is responsible for delivering high-quality math instruction, fostering analytical and problem-solving skills in students, and creating an engaging learning environment. The facilitator will implement innovative teaching methodologies, ensure conceptual clarity, and support students in developing a strong foundation in mathematics.

**Key Responsibilities:Academic Delivery**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Assess students’ progress through assignments, tests, and projects, providing timely feedback.
- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students.

**Student Engagement & Support**:

- Identify and address individual student learning needs through differentiated instruction.
- Provide additional support and enrichment programs for students who require extra help or advanced learning.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence in mathematics.

**Curriculum & Assessment**:

- Develop lesson plans aligned with the curriculum objectives and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum design and teaching methodologies.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate academic records.

**Collaboration & Professional Development**:

- Work closely with other faculty members to integrate interdisciplinary learning.
- Participate in professional development programs and workshops to stay updated with best teaching practices.
- Engage with parents through PTMs and regular communication on student progress.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely completion of all academic and administrative tasks.
- Maintain discipline and classroom management standards as per school policies.
- Contribute to extracurricular and math-related competitions or clubs.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
- Minimum **2-5 years** of teaching experience in Mathematics.
- Familiarity with different curricula (CBSE/IGCSE/IB) is an advantage.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage students with creative teaching techniques.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for interactive learning.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
