**Job Title**: Mathematics Teacher (Grade 5)
**Location**: Attapur, Hyderabad
**Position Type**: Full-Time
**Reports To**: Head of Primary / Academic Coordinator / Principal

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Primary Mathematics Teacher to inspire young learners and build strong foundational skills in numeracy. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging math lessons that promote problem-solving, critical thinking, and a positive attitude toward mathematics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver lessons aligned with the mathematics curriculum and learning objectives for primary-grade students.
- Teach core math concepts such as number sense, operations, geometry, measurement, data handling, and early algebraic thinking.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and levels within the classroom.
- Assess student learning regularly through formative and summative assessments.
- Provide timely feedback to students and communicate progress to parents and guardians.
- Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student inquiry and participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-curricular links and participate in school-wide initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Valid teaching license/certification appropriate for primary education.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the primary level, with a focus on mathematics.
- Strong understanding of mathematics pedagogy and child development.
- Proficient in using educational technology to support learning and assessment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with inquiry-based or conceptual math teaching methods.
- Familiarity with international curricula (e.g., IB PYP, Cambridge Primary, Singapore Math, Common Core).
- Ability to inspire a love for mathematics and encourage mathematical thinking.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Creative, patient, and adaptive teaching approach.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
