**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Liaison Work**:
- Establish and maintain effective communication with various stakeholders, including government authorities, regulatory bodies, and other relevant parties.
- Act as a bridge between the organization and external entities to ensure smooth coordination in property transactions.
2. **Statutory Compliance**:
- Stay updated on all relevant laws and regulations related to property management in Tamil Nadu.
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory requirements and compliance with legal obligations.
3. **Admin for Property Buying and Selling**:
- Oversee the administrative aspects of property transactions, including documentation, agreements, and coordination with clients and other stakeholders.
- Streamline the buying and selling processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
4. **Legal Compliances as per Tamil Nadu Property Market**:
- Conduct thorough research on legal aspects specific to the Tamil Nadu property market.
- Implement strategies to ensure the organization operates within the legal framework and mitigates legal risks.
5. **Legal Paperwork Expertise**:
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of all legal paperwork involved in property buying and selling.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in document preparation, review, and execution.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in administrative property management with a focus on liaising work, statutory compliance, and legal aspects.
3. In-depth knowledge of Tamil Nadu property market regulations and legal requirements.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective liaison with external parties.
5. Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing complex paperwork and documentation.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
