- Buying Officer**Roles & Responsiblities, Role Specification & Key Deliverables of the Role**

**Role Synopsis**
- The role would primarly involve supervision of multiple Conversion Units, adherence to the monthly production plan, Close monitoring of N2C Health parameters, condcuting Stock RECO and Coconut to copra traceblity lot wise, shell reconcilliation and maintaining various MIS pertaining to Production, Production reveiws as per schedule**Key Duties & Responsiblities**

**Daily Routine Roles**
- Close monitoring of Turn around time from coconut receipt till the production- Close monitoring of OEE on daily basis - production tracking- Close monitoring of quality and align units for improving quality- Recording of DPR, maintaining log books in all units- Maintaining log books for all process related from recieipt, breaking, produciton and dispatches lot wise- Ensure House keeping of units- RCA for material recived for sorting in unit- Co-ordination with buying office for raw material and dispatch plans and co-ordiantion with plants and warehouses for dispatches- Liason work with transporter for smooth dispatches- Training new team memebrs in Quality, production, portal / documentation and safety- Daily tracking of production and preparing Production summary, Tracking of Pending coconut contracts, monthly compiling the N2C quality reports and MOR- Coordinate with N2C units on daily production data, dispatches tracking, Breaking tracking, crude details and shell sales- Ensure Commercial compliance, legal and statutory aspects in N2C units and timely updates to commercial- Value addtion in by products - Ice cream cup production tracking**Secondary Duties & Responsiblities**
- Coodination and Support for various Audits -Comercial, stocks audits- Conducting Audits and inspections at Units- Supporting for training prorammes In Units for any new developents**Key Deliverables of the Role**

**Reduction of Oil Give away and PM loss.**

**Continual improvement of N2C Health score**

**Meeting the production plan with mínimal Estimation error**

**Improve overall OEE and productivity of the unit**
