**Position Overview**:
As a Social Media Marketing and Branding Intern at Quinx, you will play a key role in designing, posting, and running social media campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to develop content that aligns with our brand vision, engage with our online community, and drive growth across our social media channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Branding**:

- Create high-quality branding materials using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant tools.
- Design promotional graphics, banners, and templates for social media use, ensuring consistency with Quinx's visual identity.
- **Content Creation and Posting**:

- Design and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Develop creative visuals, videos, and written content that align with Quinx's brand identity.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- **Campaign Development and Execution**:

- Plan, execute, and manage social media marketing campaigns, including product launches, events, and special promotions.
- Set up and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with marketing objectives and budget constraints.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and overall social media performance.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and content reach, and provide insights for improvement.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Foster and grow the online community by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and participating in relevant online conversations.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to increase brand visibility and credibility.
- Assist in organizing and promoting online events, webinars, and interactive sessions to engage with the community.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience behavior to inform social media strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices to ensure Quinx remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating and executing cross-functional marketing initiatives as needed.

**Required Skills**:

- **Design Tools**: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant design software.
- **Social Media Platforms**: Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms, including trends and best practices.

- **Campaign Management**: Experience in planning, executing, and analyzing social media marketing campaigns, including paid advertising.
