**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including **sales, purchase, journal, and bank entries**:

- Maintain and reconcile **ledger accounts**, invoices, and other financial records
- Prepare and process **GST, TDS**, and other statutory returns
- Manage **accounts payable and receivable**:

- Perform **bank reconciliation** and liaise with banks for related work
- Assist in **monthly and annual closing of accounts**:

- Coordinate with internal departments for invoice processing and approvals
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Support auditors during audits by providing necessary documents and explanations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Commerce, Accounting, or Finance**:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting
- **Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting tools**:

- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Strong communication and organizational skills

**Preferred**:

- Knowledge of **GST, TDS**, and statutory compliance
- Experience in handling **inventory and stock accounting** (if applicable)

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
