**UI / UX Designer**, Remote

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends and best practices.
- Maintain design consistency and brand identity across all platforms and products.
- Must have Responsive Design knowledge

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design work.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with motion design and animation.
- Familiarity with bsaic front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and principles.
- Experience with user testing and usability studies.

**Salary Range**:

- Rs. 6,00,000 - Rs. 10,00,000 annually (based on experience and skills)

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
