We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships over the phone. Your primary goal will be to schedule appointments for our sales team and promote our construction services effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential clients via telephone to introduce our construction services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our products and services.
- Generate leads and follow up on them to schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Maintain a database of potential and existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns effectively.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment scheduling.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and follow-up on customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince and influence potential clients.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the construction industry or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
