Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Support in coordinating and participating in job fairs and campus recruiting events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements
- Manage job postings and ensure accurate and engaging descriptions
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities
- Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the recruitment process
- Contribute to employer branding and social media recruitment efforts
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with recruiting policies and practices

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in recruiting or HR support roles
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with social media and professional networks for recruiting purposes
- Understanding of diversity and inclusion principles in recruitment
