**Overview**:
As a Sales Representative in an educational institute, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the institute's educational programs and services to prospective students, parents, and other relevant stakeholders. Your primary goal is to attract new students and increase enrollments while providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Consultative Selling: Understand the educational needs and aspirations of prospective students and parents, and recommend suitable programs and courses offered by the institute that align with their interests and goals.

**Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students, parents, educational counselors, and other stakeholders to establish trust and credibility for the institute.

**Information Sessions**:

- Conduct informative presentations and information sessions to educate prospective students about the institute's offerings, admission process, and academic advantages.

**Market Research**:

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in educational regulations to adapt sales strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge.

**Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospective students' information, and performance metrics for reporting to the sales manager or management.

**Collaborate with Marketing**:

- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and advertising strategies that enhance student acquisition efforts.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all potential students and stakeholders, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, education, or a related field is preferred but not always mandatory. An educational background or experience in the field of education can be advantageous.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or related industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. Multilingual abilities can be an added advantage, depending on the institute's target audience.
- Persuasion and Negotiation: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to influence prospective students' decisions and close enrollments successfully.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and understanding the unique needs of each student.
- Tech Savviness: Familiarity with CRM software, lead tracking tools, and other sales-related technology to manage customer information efficiently.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate student schedules and attend events as needed.
- Passion for Education: An enthusiasm for education and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their academic and career goals.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
