**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Escort guests to their tables and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, explain food and beverage items, and take accurate orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct portioning and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, cutlery, crockery, and the dining area.
- Assist in setting up the restaurant before service (table arrangements, napkins, cutlery, etc.).
- Clear tables after service and reset them for the next guests.
- Work closely with kitchen and staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Follow company grooming standards and ensure personal hygiene at all times.
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and service quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Steward/Waiter in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali preferred.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Physically fit, energetic, and able to stand for long working hours.

Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
